Make Ahead Honey Lime Chicken

I found this recipe online but wanted to post it for the nutritional facts. This is a great make ahead meal. Perfect for when you need to provide a meal for a friend in need. Just pull out of the freezer, thaw in fridge and reheat!
Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken tenders
1/2 tablespoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon peanut oil
1 (20 ounce) can pineapple rings
1/4 cup honey
3 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
Directions:
1. Sprinkle chicken with garlic salt.
2. In large skillet brown in oil.
3. Drain pineapple and save juice.
4. Add one fourth of the pineapple juice to skillet.
5. Cover and simmer 6 to 8 minutes until chicken is golden.
6. Remove chicken.
7. Add honey, lime juice, soy sauce, cornstarch and remainder of pineapple juice.
8. Bring to boil.
9. Cook and stir until thick and clear, about 1 minute.
10. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
11. Place chicken, pineapple rings and sauce in freezer bag.
12. Label and freeze.
13. To serve: Thaw in fridge.
14. Heat until sauce is hot and bubbly and chicken is heated through.
