Ingredients:
1 1/2 ounce(s) pancetta or 3 slices of american bacon diced
1/2 cup(s) onion chopped
1 cup(s) grape or raspberry jelly or jam
1 cup(s) ketchup
2 tablespoon(s) apple cider vinegar
Directions:
1. Sauté the pancetta/bacon and onion until the onion is tender. Drain pan drippings. Add jelly/jam, ketchup, and apple cider vinegar. Simmer for 20 minutes stiring occastionally. Makes 2 1/2 Cups. Use to marinate, bake, broil, or grill using this sauce to baste as you go. Also, try adding this sauce to mashed sweet potatoes. Ummm Good!
