Serve with Fresh Grilled or Steamed Vegetables and Fresh Fruit. I found this recipe at Tops courtesy of National Pork Board. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping.
Ingredients:
4 sausage patties or 4 sausage links
6 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoons ketchup
Directions:
1. Combine teriyaki sauce and ketchup in small bowl.
2. Grill sausage over hot coals (or brown over medium heat in non-stick skillet), basting often with teriyaki/ketchup sauce, until internal temperature reaches 160.
