This is very easy yet very tasty. Another classic that has been around awhile. Ingredients:
2-1/4 c. sugar |
3/4 c. evaporated milk |
1/4 c. margarine |
1/4 tsp. salt |
1 c. marshmallow cream (or 16 lg. marshmallows) |
6 oz. pkg. of semi-sweet chocolate chips |
1 tsp. vanilla |
chopped nuts (optional) |
Directions:
1. Mix together sugar, evaporated milk, margarine and salt.
2. Bring to a boil over medium heat stirring constantly.
3. Remove mixture from heat and add remaining ingredients.
4. Pour into buttered pan and chill.
