Ingredients:
1 9 graham cracker crust
1/2 cup(s) lemon juice
1 can(s) condensed milk
2 egg yolks
4 tablespoon(s) granulated sugar
1 cup(s) sour cream
1/3 cup(s) sugar
1/4 cup(s) lemon juice
1 teaspoon(s) lemon zest
Directions:
1. Blend sweetened condensed milk and egg yolks together. Gradually add lemon juice and zest, stirring until mixture thickens and is well blended. Pour filling into crust.
2. Bake at 350 degrees F (205 degrees C) 20 minutes. While pie is baking, mix sour cream, 1/4 cup lemon juice and sugar.
3. Remove pie from oven. Spread sour cream mixture over pie. Return to oven for 10 minutes.
4. Cool. Best if made a day or two before it is served. Refrigerate uneaten portions.
