Macaroni With Chicken, Broccoli and Tomatoes

This is such a fantastic pasta dish, I just love it - and I 'm sure you will too!!
Ingredients:
2 cups macaroni
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups bite-sized pieces broccoli (fresh or frozen)
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1 (28 ounce) can tomatoes
1 teaspoon oregano
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
parmesan cheese, grated
Directions:
1. Cook macaroni.
2. Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet and sauté chicken, garlic, broccoli, and mushrooms for 3-4 minutes. Add tomatoes and oregano, bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Toss with macaroni and parsley.
