Here's another macaroni salad. I usually double the recipe cause I have to send a container to each daughter and a few friends. Goes great with hamburgers or hot dogs on the grill.
Ingredients:
1 cup hellmann's mayonnaise
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon dried dill
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
8 ounces elbow macaroni (cooked, rinsed with cold water)
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup sliced scallion
1 can tuna (drained and flaked)
2 tablespoons celery seeds
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
Directions:
1. combine mayonnaise, vinegar, dill, celery seed and salt and pepper.
2. mix well.
3. In large bowl place cooked macaroni, tuna, and chopped vegetables.
4. Add dressing.
5. toss to coat well, cover and chill.
6. May add more mayonnaise if salad appears to be too dry.
