Macaroni Salad
Ingredients:
2 cups (8 oz.) elbow macaroni, uncooked
1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/3 cup finely chopped carrot
1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
1/4 cup minced onion
2 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
3/4 tsp. dry ground mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
dash paprika
Directions:
1. Cook elbow macaroni according to package directions; drain well
2. Rinse with cold water to cool quickly; drain well
3. Combine cooked elbow macaroni with remaining ingredients and toss lightly
4. Cover and refrigerate
