This is your plain, old fashioned macaroni salad with a twist - Good Seasons Italian Salad Dressing. It's really tasty. Even better if left for the flavors to meld overnight.
Ingredients:
1 lb macaroni, i used elbow, but use any type you like
1/3 cup pimiento
3/4 cup good seasons italian dressing (to taste)
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped red onion
3/4 cup sliced olive
2 tablespoons salt (to taste)
2 teaspoons pepper (to taste)
1 cup mayonnaise (to taste)
Directions:
1. Cook the macaroni until it's al dente. Rinse with cold water to stop it from overcooking. Pour the salad dressing over the macaroni and mix it inches Add the celery, pimentos, onions, olives, and salt and pepper. Mix together, then add the mayonnaise. Toss in the shredded cheese and enjoy.
2. Feel free to adjust the ingredients to your taste.
