Ingredients:
250 ml whole milk
100 g macaroni
70 g cheddar cheese
25 g plain flour
25 g butter
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a saucepan then add the flour, it will turn into a paste-like texture.
2. Add the milk next, a little at a time, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
3. Put another saucepan on high heat and wait for the water to boil. Then add the macaroni to it and bring to the boil again.
4. Once the all the milk has been added to the sauce mixture, mix in the cheese and add salt and pepper to taste.
5. Drain the macaroni and mix into the cheese sauce. Voila! Easy!
