Whenever I make this recipe it always reminds me of my childhood and Grandma. This is souper, creamy comfort food!
Ingredients:
1 1/2-2 cups cooked macaroni
1 (8 ounce) package velveeta cheese
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Cut Velveeta into chunks.
2. Mix cooked macaroni, tomatoes, salt& pepper into a prepared casserole dish.
3. Bake 350 for thirty minutes.
4. Enjoy as a main or side dish!
