Macaroni and Sausage with White Sauce

delicious conformt dish with lean turkey sausage and a tasty parmesan bechamel sauce.
Ingredients:
293 grams turkey sausage
1 tsp olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups skim milk
1 lb barilla plus penne
1 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese
Directions:
1. Boil penne and drain
2. Take sausage out of casings (3 links) and brown and crumble. When done, remove sausage.
3. Melt butter in pan (with drippings) and add flour and whisk.
4. Add milk and continue stirring for 8 minutes or until sauce thickens.
5. Combine penne, sausage, sauce, parmesan cheese and spoon into large baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam.
6. Top with mozzarella.
7. Bake in oven covered, at 400 for 20 minutes.
