Macaroni And Cheese With Broccoli

Ingredients:
4 ounces elbow macaroni, uncooked (1 cup uncooked pasta)
2 cups fresh broccoli flowerets
1 cup (4 ounces) finely shredded reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup 1% low-fat cottage cheese
1/3 cup low-fat sour cream
1/4 cup fat-free milk
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Cook macaroni in a Dutch oven according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. Add broccoli during last 2 minutes of cooking time; drain well.
2. Add Cheddar cheese and remaining 6 ingredients to Dutch oven; stir in macaroni mixture. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, 6 minutes or until bubbly.
