Macaroni and Cheese

I haven't tried this yet but it should be good
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons margarine
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
8 ounces cooked macaroni
Directions:
1. Melt margarine over medium heat and stir in flour, making a roux.
2. Add milk with a wire whisk and continue cooking until thickened.
3. Add the cheese.
4. Stir until cheese is completely melted, then pour over hot pasta and serve.
