Macadamia Cream Pie

This is a different way to do a cream pie that any macadamia nut lover will love.
Ingredients:
1 frozen 9 inch pie crust
3 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup corn syrup
2 cups macadamia nuts, chopped and divided, 1 3/4 cup and 1/4 cup
2 tbls butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla
whipped cream
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325
2. Mix eggs, sugar and corn syrup with hand mixer until well blended
3. Stir in 1 3/4 cup macadamias
4. Add butter and vanilla and mix
5. Pour into pie shell
6. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes
7. Cool , then chill
8. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with 1/4 cup macadamias just before serving
