low fat mac and cheese thanks to a suggestion to cbssheb on a cottage cheese forum
Ingredients:
1 cup macaroni, cooked
1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
2 tbsp light cheddar cheese
2 tbsp skim milk
1 dash salt
1 dash pepper
Directions:
1. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until bubbly. It is really good and a good meal to make for dinner w/ a side salad and perhaps a piece of fruit.
