Stuffed peppers with ground beef and cheese
Ingredients:
5 green peppers
16 oz tomato sauce
15 oz ricotta cheese
1 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
2 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
Directions:
1. Clean peppers/ cut in half and clean out seeds
2. Combine ground beef, 3/4 tomato sauce, ricotta cheese and 1 cup mozzarrella cheese
3. add salt and pepper and mix
4. Stuffed peppers with filling until all used
5. Use remaining 1/2 cup of cheese and sprinkle on top of peppers
6. Use remaining sauce for bottom of pan.
7. Turn oven at 375 for 45 min to hour. Cover with foil and uncover for remaining 10 minutes
