I found this recipe in Obesity Help. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping.
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons proscore 100 vanilla protein powder (2 scoops)
2 tablespoons sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
1 dash coconut flavoring
1 dash pineapple flavoring
ice
Directions:
1. Blend!
