1 baked 9inch pie shell |
1 8 oz cream cheese soft at room temp |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 6 0z can frozen lemonade thawed |
1 14 oz can condensed milk |
1 8 oz whipped topping divided or 1 cup cream whipped and divded |
lemon peel for garnish |
Directions:
1. beat cream cheese and sugar fluffly
2. beat in lemonade concentrate and condensed milk
3. Blend in 1/2 of the whipped topping
4. pour into pie shell
5. garnish with remaining whipped topping and lemon peel
6. Chill until set, several hours or overnight
7. This is smooth creamey and great after a barbecue meal
