Ingredients:
1 large ripe banana
1/2 cup strawberries or 1/2 cup berries, of choice
1/2 cup low-fat yogurt (your choice)
1 cup low-fat milk
1 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon honey (optional)
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix well to combine.
2. Pour into a tall glass with some ice cubes for a great start to your day!
