Spring rolls normally serves as appetizer in Chinese meal or as snack at indonesian meal
Ingredients:
ground beef or minced chicken
bean sprout
1/4onion
2 garlic cloves
1 small carrots finely chopped
75grams green beans
onion leaves finely chopped
celery,finely chopped
pepper
salt
hoisin sauce
maggi seasoning
spring roll wrap
white egg for glue
oil
Directions:
1. Chop onion and garlic
2. Heat the oil on a wok and put the garlic and onion bring to golden brown
3. Add the ground beef or minced chicken tossing around for 3 minutes or until it brown
4. Add the vegetables including the onion leaves ,hoisin sauce ,maggi seasoning,pinch of salt and pepper and stir until soft. Transfer to a bowl.
5. Place one spring roll wrap on a tray or a chop board,spread about 1 or 11/2 tablespoon of the filling accross the corner of the wrapper.
6. Fold the bottom corner up over the filling, fold in the sides and roll up firmly.Glue the corner of the wrapper with white eggs.
7. Repeat the step for all remaining wrapper and filling.
8. heat the oil in the deep fryer or a deep saucepan.
9. Fry the rolls until it golden brown
10. drain and serve with sweet sour chilli sauce.
