This is a really great horsd'oevre spread. Creamy smooth and different. Serve with crackers, cocktail pumpernickel or cocktail rye bread. Got it from a magazine and then modified it to our taste. You can do the same. Read more . This quickly becomes a heavy appetizer so use it as such.
Ingredients:
2 green onions, thinly sliced and divided.
8 oz philidelphia cream cheese
6 oz lump crab meat
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup finely shredded red sweet peppers
1 tbsp dijon mustard
Directions:
1. Let the cream cheese soften to room temperature.
2. Mix all ingredients in a medium mixiing bowl
3. Refrigerate for 1 hour
4. Serve with crackers or bread of choice
