From the Mission Lakes Country Club Women's Golf Association cookbook, submitted by Barbara Gardner. These certainly seem like a nice change from onion soup mix burgers - the way I usually make them!
Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 eggs
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup pickle relish
1/4 cup diced cheese
prepared mustard (to taste)
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and make 4 patties.
2. Cook 3 minutes each side in a Weber-type barbeque.
