Lucky's Fried Chicken

Ingredients:
5 lbs chicken
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion flakes
1 teaspoon chopped rosemary
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons sea salt
Directions:
1. 1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. 2. Rinse chicken and pat dry.
3. 3. Dust each peice of chicken heavily with seasoned flour mixture.
4. 4. Let floured chicken parts sit on a rack for approximately 15 to 20 minutes to allow coating to adhere.
5. 5. Begin to fry chicken, being sure not to crowd the fryer at 315 degrees for 12 minutes, flipping at six minutes.
