Lowfat Potato Soup

Potato soup made with nonfat milk and fresh veggies. Yum!
Ingredients:
4 cups potatoes, cubed
1 1/4 cup water
2 tsp. chicken bouillon
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup carrots, sliced
1/2 cup celery, sliced
2 t. parsley
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. dill
4 cups milk, nonfat
3 t. flour
Directions:
1. Put potatoes, water, bouillon, onion, carrots, celery, parsley, salt, pepper and dill in stockpot.
2. Turn heat to high until barely at a boil then turn heat to med/low and cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes until vegetables are tender.
3. Add 3 1/2 cups of milk and heat until hot.
4. Blend flour with 1/2 cup milk stirring till smooth, then stir into soup.
5. Cook, stirring constantly until soup is thickened and bubbly.
