This is a delicious lowfat version of the classic crab louis salad. I found this awhile back on the net.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb lump crabmeat
1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
2 tbsp evaporated skim milk
2 tbsp chili sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp diced green pepper
3 tbsp minced scallions
romaine lettuce leaves
Directions:
1. Mix the crab, mayonnaise, milk, chili sauce, lemon juice, green pepper and scallions in a large bowl.
2. Set the mixture atop beds of romaine lettuce and serve.
