This is a delicious lowfat version of the classic crab louis salad. I found this awhile back on the net. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb lump crabmeat |
1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise |
2 tbsp evaporated skim milk |
2 tbsp chili sauce |
1 tbsp lemon juice |
2 tbsp diced green pepper |
3 tbsp minced scallions |
romaine lettuce leaves |
Directions:
1. Mix the crab, mayonnaise, milk, chili sauce, lemon juice, green pepper and scallions in a large bowl. 2. Set the mixture atop beds of romaine lettuce and serve. |
