Lower-Sugar Chocolate Squares

Only the natural type found in fruits! From Eat Better America, with a few alterations from me.
Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup ground flax seeds (or wheat germ)
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 egg whites (1/2 cup egg substitute)
3/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
5 tablespoons canola oil
1/3 cup nonfat milk
1 cup zucchini, peeled and shredded
1/2 cup mashed banana (1 medium ripe banana)
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, sift all the dry ingredients together and make a well in the center of the bowl.
2. In another bowl, mix all the wet ingredients together then pour into the well in the bowl with the dry ingredients.
3. Fold in the chocolate chips.
4. Grease a 9x13 pan with cooking spray, and pour the batter inches Bake at 350F for 25 minutes or until set, then let cool and cut into 24 squares.
