A Sweet Fruit and Nut Bread that's High in Protein and Omega 3 fatty acids. Replace dried cherries instead of rasins for those with arthritis, a proven help.
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups water
2 tablespoons olive oil
2/3 cup wheat flour
2/3 cup soy flour
1 1/4 cups wheat gluten flour
1/2 cup flax seed
3 tablespoons splenda sugar substitute
1 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
2/3 cup raisins
Directions:
1. ADD ALL THE INGREDIENTS IN ORDER.
2. Use water at room temperature.
3. Dig a hole and add the 2 teaspoons of yeast.
4. Bury the hole mildly.
5. SET THE BREADMAKER TO YOUR SWEET CYCLE.
6. PREPARE THE MIX INS: Sunflower Kernels and Raisins or Dried Cherries.
7. WHEN THE TIMER GOES OFF, ADD THEM.
