oh, the joys of being really poor and really hungry..at the same time.. :)
Ingredients:
1 can light tuna
1 tsp olive oil mayo
1/4 c shredded sharp cheddar
1 stalk celery, diced
1/8 c salsa ( i used ghost pepper salsa because i like a kick)
1 tbsp parmesian
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and enjoy on good wheat bread.
