Lower Fat Beef and Macaroni Chili

An easy weekday meal, and lower fat because there's not a ton of cheese. Good flavor, FAST.
Ingredients:
1 cup macaroni, uncooked
1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper, freshly ground
1 can tomato soup
1 ounce low fat mozzarella
Directions:
1. Cook macaroni.
2. Brown meat in large saucepan and drain off.
3. all fat.
4. Add garlic, chili powder, salt and pepper.
5. Mix well and cook on low about 5 minutes.
6. Add cooked macaroni and tomato soup.
7. Heat thoroughly.
8. Just before serving add grated cheese.
9. Cover and heat until cheese melts.
