Ingredients:
8 oz light cream cheese
1/2 cup light sour cream
16 oz frozen spinach, defrosted and pressed dry
1 cup skim milk
1 can artichoke hearts, quartered, drained, marinated in vinegar
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzerella
1/3 cup shredded mozzerella
1/3 cup shredded paremesan
2 cloves garlic, made into a fine paste
Directions:
1. mix, bake till bubbly, add only as much milk as needed (personal recipe)
