Low Sodium Black Bean Soup

Much lower sodium than most black bean soup serve with grated mozzarella
Ingredients:
2 tsp olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
2 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp ground pepper
1/2 tsp cilantro
12 oz sweet potato, (1 lg) peeled and diced
6 cups water (flavored with no sodium bullion)
30 oz black beans , cooked with no salt
15 oz kidney beans , cooked with no salt
3/4 tsp salt
