This is an alternative to Mayo. It is delicious on potato salad, coleslaw or on a sandwich.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice (fresh)
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients together.
2. Refrigerate until required.
