Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Grease a 9 x 5 loaf pan.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, wheat germ, baking powder and baking soda.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the eggs, milk, syrup and oil.
  5. Combine the dry and liquid ingredients, mixing well.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center of a loaf comes out dry.
