I love lattes! I hate the calorie counts. This makes a mug of creamy, satisfying coffee richness. You won't have the foam, but it tastes wonderful.
Ingredients:
1 cup 1% low-fat milk
1 1/2 teaspoons instant coffee powder
2 (1 g) envelopes artificial sweetener (to taste)
Directions:
1. Heat milk in microwave (or stovetop) until simmering.
2. Pour into a mug.
3. Add coffee powder and sweetner.
4. Whisk with a skinny whisk.
