I got this recipe from a nutritionist. It makes any plain salad come alive!
Ingredients:
1 cup low-fat mayonnaise (i prefer hellman's)
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup splenda sugar substitute
1/4 cup water
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon mustard
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in plastic bowl.
2. Beat all together.
3. ENJOY!
