Ingredients:
1 cup splenda sugar blend for baking
1/3 cup olive oil or 1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/2 cup egg beaters egg substitute
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup skim milk
Directions:

2. Whisk together first four ingrediants. Stir in remaining ingrediants until thoroughly mixed.
3. Chill dough at least 1 hour.
4. Roll out on floured surface to 1/8th inch thick. Cut with cookie cutters. Place on non-fat cooking sprayed cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned.
