Low-Fat Strawberry Soup

Quick, easy and can be made ahead and chilled!
Ingredients:
2 pints strawberries
2 cups plain yogurt
1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
1/2 cup white sugar
3/4 cup water
1 dash ground ginger
1 dash allspice
fresh mint, if you like (to garnish)
Directions:
1. Reserve 6 strawberries and slice.
2. In a blender, combine the strawberries, yogurt, orange juice, sugar, water and spices.
3. Puree until well mixed.
4. Chill and serve.
5. Garnish with strawberry slices and fresh mint.
