Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups 1% milk
3/4 cup strawberry, frozen
1/2 cup mango, chopped
Directions:
1. add your strawberries, mango, a few ice cubes to a blender.
2. measure milk and pour over the rest of your ingredients.
3. pulse ingredients on crush ice mode four or five times.
4. blend on high on smoothie or blend mode, making sure there are no air bubbles below the surface, for 30 - 60 seconds.
