The smoothie is very tasty, filling and low in fat. If you like strawberries you will love this recipe.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups ice
1 cup strawberry
2 cups low-fat milk
1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt
Directions:
1. Remove stems from strawberries.
2. Add ice to blender first, try and crush as much as you can first.
3. Add remaining ingredients, blend for approximately 1 minute.
