Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour
1/3 cup sugar
2 1/2 tsp.baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 large egg slightly beaten
2/3 cup vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup meltrd butter
3 tbs. 1%milk
cooking spray
1/4 cup sugar-free strawberry jam
1 tbs. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
preheat oven 375
Directions:
1. Lightly spoon Flour iinto dry measureing cup and level with Knife
2. combined flour and next 4 ingredients{Flour through salt}
3. In a large bowl stir well with a whisk Make a well in center of Flour mixture
4. Combine: yogurt butter milk and egg in a bow stirring well with a whisk
5. Add:yogurt mixture to Flour mixture stir untill just moist
6. Place 12 foil cup lines in muffin cups Coat liners with cooking spray
7. Spoon 1 Tbs. batter into each line Top each with teaspoon Jam Tope evenly with remaining batter
8. combine 1 tbs. sugar with 1/2 tsp. cinnamon sprinkle over batter
9. Bake at 375 15 minutes or untill wooden toothpick comes out clean
10. cool in pan on wire rack for 15 minutes {Yeild 1 dozne
