Low Fat Spicy Cheesesteak Sandwich

Low fat, low calorie sandwich served on a multi-grain bun.
Ingredients:
12 slices lean roast beef
1 medium onion
1 small red bell pepper, sliced
1 small green bell pepper, sliced
2/3 cup medium salsa or 2/3 cup hot salsa
4 multi-grain hoagie buns
1/2 cup shredded low-fat cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. Cook onion and peppers until tender.
2. Add salsa to the onions and peppers.
3. Heat until warm.
4. Top each bun with equal amounts roast beef, onions and peppers and shredded cheese.
5. Microwave sandwich on high 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese begins to melt.
