Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. POUR 1/4 cup of the dressing over steak in resealable plastic bag.
  2. Seal bag; turn to coat.
  3. Refrigerate 30 minute or overnight to marinate.
  4. Combine sour cream, 2 tablespoons of the remaining dressing, the Parmesan cheese and pepper.
  5. Refrigerate until serving time.
  6. HEAT remaining 2 tablespoons dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat.
  7. Add onions; cook 7 to 8 minute or until golden brown, stirring frequently.
  8. Remove onions; set aside.
  9. DRAIN steak; discard marinade.
  10. Cook steak in same skillet on medium heat 3 to 4 minute on each side for medium doneness.
  11. Place on cutting board; slice crosswise into thin strips.
  12. Serve steak topped with sauce and onions.
