This is a very easy, very tasty dressing that I have found many uses for. I love used it many times as a marinade for chicken and fish. Try it and you'll see what I mean.Your recipes will taste so fresh, it'll add new flavor to your tired, but favorite recipe. This recipe only makes 1/2 cup, so I always triple the recipe. It keeps well in the fridge, but you need to take it out ahead of time, at least 30 minutes to allow the oil to come to room temperature to be able to pour the dressing.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar
1/4 teaspoon freshly grated orange peel
1 teaspoon grated peeled fresh ginger
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon reduced sodium soy sauce
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and mix dressing in a small bowl with a whisk or, combine ingredients with a tight-fitting lid and shake to blend. If you aren't going to use it the same day, keep it tightly covered in the fridge. It lasts about a week.
