Low-Fat Ranch Dressing

This is from the Everyday Cooking with Dr. Dean Ornish Cookbook. The original recipe called for nonfat mayo and sour cream but I use low-fat instead for better flavor.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
1/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1/4 cup low-fat sour cream
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons minced green onions
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste
cayenne pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, yogurt, sour cream, lemon juice, green onion and garlic.
2. Season to taste with salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper.
3. Whisk in a little water to thin to desired consistency.
