Ingredients:
4 teaspoons olive oil
2 teaspoons cider vinegar
2 teaspoons splenda granular
1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram
3/4 cup buttermilk
3 tablespoons plain nonfat yogurt
2 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise
2 tablespoons onions, finely chopped
2 tablespoons parsley, minced
1 garlic clove, minced
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine first 4 ingredients.
2. Whisk in buttermilk, yogurt and mayonnaise.
3. Stir in onion, parsley and garlic.
4. Cover and refrigerate overnight to thicken.
5. Whisk before serving.
