This is a refreshing smoothie and low in fat.
Ingredients:
1 cup non-fat soymilk
1 (19 fluid ounce) can unsweetened crushed canned pineapple
1 medium banana
1/4 teaspoon coconut flavoring
Directions:
1. In a blender, combine pineapple, break up banana and add coconut flavouring.
2. Pour Soy milk into blender and mix until smooth.
