Low-Fat Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Not for those looking for a sweet dessert. Resembles an energy bar.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup oatmeal
3/4 cup flour
1/3 cup raisins
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 cup sugar substitute
5 teaspoons water
Directions:
1. Mix flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder and soda together.
2. Mix milk, egg, vanilla, and sugar substitute together.
3. Blend both bowls of ingredients.
4. Add in raisins.
5. Drop batter into rounds on sheet and place in 400 degree oven.
6. Cook for 10-12 minutes.
