good cookie high protein, low cal, low fat. You could add coconut/nuts/cocoa anything really.
Ingredients:
2/3 cup wheat flour, whole grain
1/3 cup protein powder
1/2 cup splenda granular
1/4 cup splenda brown sugar blend
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup applesauce, unsweetened
2 egg whites
1/2 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup oatmeal,quick, uncooked
1/3 cup raisins
Directions:
1. mix dry, mix wet, mix together add oatmeal and raisins. Bake 375F 8-10 minutes.
