This is an adopted recipe. I haven't made it yet, but I will soon and will then update it with any necessary changes.
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 cup egg substitute
1/3 cup applesauce
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 3/4 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Directions:
1. Mix together all ingredients.
2. Stir in rasins and nuts.
3. Drop tbsp on a baking sheet.
4. Bake at 350 for 10 to 15 minute Let cool.
